This session lasts 30-60 minutes and walked you through the full birth process. You will learn what options you have at each point in the journey as well as what it might look like/feel like in each situation.

This 30 minute session will walk you through how to write a birth plan that reflects what is most important to you.

In this 60 minute session we will practice breathing techniques, positions, and hands on comfort measures to help you get through labor as comfortably as possible. Perfect for all support people on the birth team.

We often spend a lot of time planning for birth and then forget that the postpartum period is just as important, if not more so. In this 60 minute session, we will talk about what to prepare for on practical, physical and emotional levels.

Informational and Emotional support for your child/children who will be witnessing labor/birth. We will make sure your child is comfortable with what it might look like or sound like to see you in labor. I will have birth related books to read, some suggested things to watch, and basic teaching instructions for parents on how to talk about birth with kids.
This support package consists of multiple sessions depending on the role of the child/children.
Cost: $95-$1500

1 introductory consultation (1/2 hour)
2 pre-natal appointments (approx. 1 hour each): make and discuss birth plan, practice hands on techniques and breathing for labor, and talk through fears, questions and concerns.

Postpartum Support

After you bring your baby home from the hospital, you may find that you need some additional support. The care provided by the doula after birth shall include, but is not limited to, infant care; sibling care; breast feeding support; postpartum support; errands; light housekeeping; laundry; and meal preparation.
Cost: hourly as needed.

It helps to talk it all out - the good or the bad. This is a 30-60 minute session where YOU do most of the talking. Tell me all the ups and downs you experienced in a non-judgmental, safe place.

A 30-60 minute session where we discuss the difficulty you are having. I can observe your feeding time and help make suggestions on latch and feeding positions.

In this 30 minute session I will share basic information on how to care for your infant. From diaper changes to feeding, baths, and sleeping.

In this 30 minute session I will help you learn your wrap/carrier and show you how to get baby safely in and out. For those interested, I can also show you how to breastfeed while baby wearing.
